Return & Cancellation Policy – Boost Nutrition

  • Customers have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product or subscription.

  • Clothing: Items may be returned if they are in their original condition, unused, and unwashed.

  • Nutritional supplements: Products cannot be returned or exchanged once the package has been opened.

  • Personal programs (training + nutrition): Once the detailed program has been delivered to the customer, the service is considered fully provided and therefore cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Cancellation fee: Up to 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS (whichever is lower).

  • Refunds: Processed within 14 business days from the date the cancellation is approved.
